15 Minute Jerk Chicken & Coconut Rice


  • 650g Thinly Sliced / Diced Chicken Breast
  • 1 Pack Express Coconut Rice
  • 1 Tin Black Beans
  • 1 Tin Sweetcorn
  • 1 Tin Frozen Peas (pour the peas into one of the empty tins to measure)
  • 1 Tbsp Jerk Seasoning


In a hot pan add a little oil, the chicken and seasoning. Stir often and cook for 10-12 minute, or until cooked through. In the meantime add the coconut rice, black beans, peas &sweetcorn to a hot pan and stir regularly for 10 – 12 minutes.

Serve immediately or store some for another time. This recipe creates 3 portions
