Chicken Pizza


  • 1 Wholemeal wrap
  • 2 Tbspn Chopped tinned tomatoes
  • Half a cooked chicken breast
  • Handful of sliced red onion
  • Handful of chopped mixed peppers
  • Handful of grated cheese
  • Sprinkle of seasonings of your choice (salt/pepper/chilli/rosemary)

    HOW TO :

    Pop the wrap onto a baking tray. Spoon the tomato over the wrap spreading it thinly to the edges. Scatter all of the toppings over the wrap leaving the cheese until last. Add your seasongs and pop in the oven at 180 degrees for 8-12 minutes. Enjoy with a lovely salad and drizzle of balsamic, just like I did.
