Dark Chocolate Christmas Puddings


  • 5 cups Rice Krispies
  • 100g Lindt 70% cocoa chocolate
  • 1 small handful mini marshmallows
  • 6 squares white chocolate
  • Coloured icing red & green


Melt the dark chocolate and mix in all the Rice Krispies. Next melt the marshmallows and add into the mixture. Split the mixture into 8-10 silicone cases. Pop into the fridge for at least 10mins.

Next use the icing to make red berries and green holly leaves (get creative with your shapes). Melt the white chocolate, remove the Krispies from each individual case, pour a teaspoon over each ‘Xmas pudding’, decorate with your icing and pop back in the fridge for 5 mins. All done! 1 pudding is a serving.
