Slow Cooker Cawl


  • 500g diced lamb
  • 700g diced peeled potato
  • 400g frozen carrots (I used chantenay here)
  • 1 sliced leek
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • water


Add all the ingredients to your slowcooker on a low heat. Fill with boiled water (to just below the ingredients being covered in water). Cook for 7-8 hours.
