SLOW-COOKER SAUSAGE & BEAN STEW

Ingredients

  • Chicken sausages (6-10)
  • 300g frozen diced carrots
  • 1 large tin sweetcorn
  • 1 tin baked beans
  • 1 tin butter beans
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • Salt & Pepper

Method:

Chop up the sausage and add to a hot pan to brown on the outside. Add all the ingredients into the Slowcooker, once the sausages are browned add the sausages to the slowcooker. Cook on a low heat for 6-7 hours
