SLOWCOOKER MEXICAN SHREDDED CHICKEN STEW Ingredients 650g mini chicken fillets/3-4 chicken breasts 1/2 diced onion Diced red pepper 1 tin kidney beans 1 tin sweetcorn 1 tin (equivalent) soya beans or peas 2 tins of chopped tomatoes Handful of sliced jalapeño peppers 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp oregano Salt & pepperMethod:Add all the ingredients to your Slowcooker, putting your chicken on top so you canshred it later.
